I am a clinical psychologist and Associate Professor in Psychiatry and Palliative Care at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC). During the past decade I have focused on psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy research and practice, taking a role as the psychotherapy director and retreat co-facilitator for the URMC Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) program in Palliative Care. My specialized training includes research on psychedelics and other agents with novel therapeutic potential and certificates in psychedelic-assisted therapies from the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies, Ketamine Research Foundation, and other National and International groups.
